VIBRATION
TEST
The hanging structure of the high bay light should pass the vibration test.
HEAT
DISSIPATION
For the sleek style type without any radiating ribs, the surface area of the housing should be at least 2,000 square millimeters per watt for heat dissipation.
WATERPROOF
VALIDATION
Leave a hole on the housing for waterproof validation. Pour water in then close up with the screw and gasket to see if there is any leaking. It's part of the engineering validation test.
UVC LED
SANITIZER
The UVC sanitizer light w/ PIR sensor is used in cabinets or anywhere appropriate for installation. The ball joint holder type allows for rotating to the desired angle. And with a PIR sensor at the front, it works smartly when people come around.

PIR SENSOR vs. MICROWAVE SENSOR
A passive infrared sensor (PIR sensor) triggers the light by detecting the temperature difference; however, a microwave sensor does that by detecting movement.
-
PIR Sensor – It won’t stop the trigger as long as people are in the coverage.
-
Microwave Sensor – It'll stop the trigger after the time period without sensing any movements in the coverage. However, it’s a bit more sensitive and can sense through walls, so it’s ideal for the installation behind the diffuser of the light fixture.
5 THINGS THAT MATTER FOR DESIGNING A LIGHT FIXTURE
1. Holds the light source in place
2. Ensures a safe electrical connection
3. Easy installation
4. Aesthetics
5. Heat dissipation
